1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Groware, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Service description

Groware is a growth and revenue analytics platform for SaaS companies and digital businesses. The service includes MRR dashboards, acquisition channel analysis, P&L, event tracking and AI-powered analysis.

3. Beta period

Groware is currently in early access (beta). During this period, the service is offered free of charge. We reserve the right to change plans and pricing with reasonable prior notice to users before the official launch.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Groware to:

  • ·Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • ·Transmit sensitive personal data without the data subject's proper consent
  • ·Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' systems or data
  • ·Reverse engineer or copy the service
  • ·Send non-anonymized customer data that could identify individuals

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and API keys. Groware is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account by third parties.

You are also responsible for ensuring that data sent to Groware complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws for your business.

6. Intellectual property

Groware and all its content — including interface, code, brand and documentation — are the exclusive property of Groware and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any license over Groware's intellectual property, except the limited right to use the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" during the beta period. Groware does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. In no circumstances shall Groware be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. We will notify users of significant changes by email or via notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
